NEOgas DELIVERS NATURAL GAS WHERE YOU NEED IT, WHEN YOU NEED IT
Facilities such as steel mills or food processors with thermal loads and/or cogeneration plants often use solid or liquid fuels because gas service would require investing in an expensive pipeline. NEOgas' virtual pipelines helps these customers convert their energy supply to clean-burning natural gas to reduce energy costs and emissions.
COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
We work with communities of residential and commercial customers to provide gas service either permanently or in advance of pipeline infrastructure service from the gas distribution company.
RENEWABLE NATURAL GAS (RNG) SOLUTIONS
NEOgas provides a path to market for renewable sources of gas such as landfills and anaerobic digesters. The volume of gas from these facilities is often insufficient to justify an expensive interconnection to a natural gas pipeline where the biogas could be sold. We provide a solution by compressing and transporting the gas to pipeline injection points or local fleets of CNG vehicles.
GAS TRANSPORTION TRAILER
Minimizing the cost of gas delivery is key, so we spend a lot of time optimizing the way we get gas to your facility. We choose the optimal site for gas procurement from a pipeline or other source. We analyze logistics routes to minimize drive-time to your facility. We size the CNG trailers based on your gas consumption rate to make sure logistics assets are fully utilized.
We deliver the right level of redundancy to strike a balance between having enough critical infrastructure and having too much idle equipment.
Gas transport trailers are available in capacities ranging from 100,000 standard cubic feet up to more than 400,000 standard cubic feet.
PRESSURE REDUCTION AND CONTROL UNIT
Our proprietary pressure reduction control unit (RCU) contains all the functionality needed to receive gas from gas transport trailers and condition it to your specifications. Combined with a glycol gas heating system, the RCU is able to supply gas at the temperature your facility needs. We operate RCUs that provide gas volumes ranging from thousands of cubic feet per day up to millions of cubic feet per day. Each RCU is designed with redundancy for critical components to provide your facility with the highest level of reliability.
HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
The GreenGas hydraulic power unit (HPU) is the proven engine behind our CNG fueling stations. The HPU minimizes footprint on your site but delivers best-in-class performance both for fast-fill and time-fill CNG stations. We deliver a customizable gas delivery rate starting at 5 GGE per minute.
The HPU has been designed to be installed with minimal investment in civil infrastructure. This lets us serve smaller fleets for shorter contracts than most CNG providers can offer for private fueling stations, and minimizes the space required at your site.
The HPU delivers fast-filling with only 30 HP of compression, which keeps our electric demand down. As utilities around the country migrate to rate structures with high demand charges, eliminating unnecessary horsepower is key to keeping costs low.
The HPU can be integrated into stations with pipeline gas supply to provide fast fills with lower total station electrical demand than conventional CNG station architectures.
GreenGas manages all of its fueling stations and logistics operations using a 24/7 monitoring and dispatch system called NEOSat. NEOSat was custom-built to operate natural gas fueling infrastructure for industrial thermal customers and CNG fueling for on-road vehicles.
